1. What is the best way to apply for a job in Calofic?

The best way to apply is via the Career web site. You may apply for a specific position you have found in the Advanced Search. Alternatively you can submit an Apply Job Now to Calofic.

First you will be asked to create an account which will be protected by a email and password of your choice. Remember this information, as you will need it each time you want to apply for a job at Calofic.

If you are applying to specific position(s) you will be asked to answer some questions designed to assess your skills set, knowledge and experience.

2. What should I prepare prior to making an application to Calofic?

Before starting the application process make sure you have a copy of your resume/CV with you in order to provide all the information required.

3. Can I submit an attached file of my resume/CV?

Calofic only allows you to cut and paste your resume in .txt format within the Personal Info, resume/ CV section of our on-line application form.

4. How can I find out what positions are currently available in Calofic?

Use our Job Listing, Advanced Search to find opportunities by location and job position as well as type of position or function. A keyword search field is also available.

5. Are all Calofic’s job opportunities listed on www.caloficjobs.com? Including the internship ones?

All experienced and graduated positions currently available at Calofic can be found in our job search tool on the www.caloficjobs.com. Please search and apply on-line for positions that interest you.

We have not had now program for internship position. But if you are going to graduate from university in a few months, we welcome you to apply for a future job in our Post a resume.
We will send you an e-mail to inform you if there should be any possibility.

New jobs are posted on a daily basis. We therefore recommend that you visit the site regularly.

6. What can I do if I am not interested in a specific job but I would still like to post a resume to Calofic?

You can make a resume to Calofic.

You will be asked to create an ‘account' which will be protected by email and password of your choice, fill out the application form, enter your resume/CV and answer some questions.
We will inform you by e-mail if there should be any possibility.


New jobs are posted on a daily basis. Therefore we recommend you to come back regularly.

7. What do I need to do if there is more than one job that I am interested in?

You can use our job detail to apply jobs, but need to apply to each one individually.

Create your ‘account' which will be protected by a username and password of your choice. Then enter your resume/CV and apply to one position that you are most interested in.

8. Do I need to answer all the questions that are part of the application to a job?

It is beneficial to you to provide complete information, including answering all the questions. The more information you can provide on your application, the easier it will be for hiring managers and recruiters to assess your qualifications for our positions.

9. How long will my application remain active in the database?

For twelve months from the date of the last activity. However we encourage you to update your profile on a regular basis.

10. In what language can I apply to Calofic?

You are welcome to apply in English.
11. How can I change my password? And what can I do if I have forgotten my password?

You can change your password by using the "Forgot Password?" function on the application form and then following the instructions.

12. After having applied online how can I contact a recruiter?

If you have applied to a specific job, your application will be reviewed by a recruiter.

If you have posted a Resume, you will be contacted when a position is available matching your profile.

As we have a team of recruiters that work on a number of job vacancies at anytime, it is not feasible for Calofic to provide the name, telephone number or e-mail address of the recruiter. If your profile is appropriate for the job vacancy, the recruiter will contact you directly, and at that time provide you further details of how you can continue to participate in the next steps of our recruitment process.

13. What happens to my application once I have applied?

If you have applied to a specific job, your application will be reviewed by the hiring manager and/or a recruiter.

If you have posted a resume, you will be contacted when a position is available matching your profile.

If your profile is appropriate for the job vacancy, the recruiter or hiring manager will contact you directly, and at that time provide you further details of how you can continue to participate in the next steps of our recruitment process.

14. If I change my email address, should I create a new account with my new email address?

No, the system allows you to update and change your email address once you’ve logged onto your existing account. Please do NOT create multiple login accounts as this may delay the hiring process.

15. What if I attempt to apply to a position but I get an error message?

Please report this problem immediately via our email Calofic or feedback form.
